Refund Policy

At Timeless Mark, each item is carefully crafted to bring your vision to life. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our returns and refunds policy below for clarity on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or personalized items, unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Timelessmark101@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or if the engraving does not match your approved design, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll cover the cost of correcting the order or sending a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom/personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.
