Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the delivery lies with the carrier. Timeless Mark is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit caused by third-party shipping providers. Customers should contact the carrier directly for issues related to delivery using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Estimates: All estimated delivery times are approximations and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processes, or carrier-related issues, and are beyond the control of Timeless Mark.
International Shipping & Customs: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Timeless Mark is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Timeless Mark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that delivery locations are secure and accessible.

At Timeless Mark, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-crafted products directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout or via email.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you are located outside South Africa and interested in our products, please contact us to inquire about potential future availability.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Timeless Mark is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, Timeless Mark is no longer liable for its delivery. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
